Experience : 1 Yr to 2 Yrs  - Hardware & Network Support Engineer

Educational Qualification :  BTech/BSc/MCA/BCA

Possess Personal Travel : (2-wheeler/4-wheeler With licence)

Key Skills — Hardware
Experience in Computer Hardware installation and Maintenance.
Hands on experience in installing printers, scanners, network appliance and other IT software and hardware.

Key Skills — Networking
Good knowledge in system administration Good understanding of network appliances and topologies Administration experience of HTTP(IIS & Apache), DNS, AD, FTP, VPN servers and clients Experience in advanced network appliances like Firewall (NetGear, Fortinet, Cisco, HP etc), routers (Cisco, Netgear etc.), Layer 2 & 3 switches (managed/unmanaged), WiFl Aps etc. Hands on experience in advanced network devices like firewall, router, switches and others Exposure in VMWare, Azure, AWS and other cloud and virtualisation technologies Good knowledge in operating systems (Windows 10, server 2016 , Linux, Mac OS, iOS, Android etc.) Good understanding of network and IT security Good knowledge in protocols like HTTP/S, VolP, SSH, FTP, DNS, DHCP, LDAP, STP, SMTP, SPF, SNMP, SMB, NFS etc Basic idea on cables and power systems. Exposure to RDBMs servers like MSSQL, MySQL, Oracle etc.
Certified — CCNP, Microsoft certified solutions developer (MCSD)

Other Skills
Exposure to Office 365, Google Apps, and similar SaaS Good communication (in English) and reporting skills via email. Chat and documents/presentations Good to have Experience in security audits, ethical hacking Knowledge in server hosting tools like plesk DevOps skills Scripting and Database skill
